Prom

Hey It's Chloe, welcome back to my blog!  The past couple months have been a whirl wind as I've finally graduated highschool, so today I'm going to share pictures from the most "highschool" event that I've looked forward to for years: Prom.

My look for Prom is very Hollywood Glamour / Greek Goddess inspired.  The glamorous gown I chose to wear is made of a silver liquid metallic fabric that flows beautifully to floor length.

The dress is very simplistic with a wrapped bodice detail and a slit on either side of the gown both adding fluidity to the silhouette.  The open back of the dress reveals a strip of  the structured white satin that wraps around the bodice peaking out from under the contrasting slinky silver fabric.

I purchased this dress from the lovely ladies at the Touché Accessories boutique at the King of Prussia mall.  All their dresses are made in Paris, France and have a certain french girl style about them.  My shopping experience was simply wonderful and I highly recommend their boutique for dresses of any occasion.

The heels I chose to wear with my dress are a mirrored silver metallic color in the style of a greek sandal.  I just love the strappy detailing of the heels and how perfectly they complement my gown.

My makeup look is simply glamorous  a metallic bronze smokey eye with silver/ bronze glitter, beautifully full false lashes, a golden highlight and a creamy mauve lip shade.

This makeup look complemented my dress beautifully and to add a bit more glamour I wore Swarovski crystal drop earrings in old hollywood fashion.

I had my hair styled in a teased half up fashion with long flowing curls. I used my Foxylocks extensions in the shade Vanilla Frappe, as my hair is now an ashy blonde shade.  You can use my coupon code "Foxychloe" in the checkout for a free gift with purchase of hair extensions.

For my corsage I decided to go with pink roses with little white baby's breath flowers on a silver band with metallic ribbon.  The pink flowers complemented my silver dress beautifully.

To conclude prom was a night to remember, I looked like a princess and had a wonderful night with all my friends.  It was the perfect ending to my highschool years, thanks for reading.

Formal 2016 Dress Makeup Hair Photos

Welcome back to my blog! This weekend I attended my Junior formal, today I'm sharing some pictures I took from the day along with a photoshoot I had in the dress at the Philadelphia flower show.  You'll see my dress, how I did my own makeup and had my hair done professionally witch is perfect inspiration if you are attending a dance soon. I had so much fun at formal and took a lot of pictures, enjoy!

The Dress

The look I chose for formal is very girly & romantic.  My dress has a beautiful white lace up corset covered in lace and beaded detailing flowing into a chiffon peach skirt. I adore the combination of peach chiffon, a sweetheart neckline, and a lace up corset.  My dress made me feel like a disney princess.

Heels

I decided to pair my dress with these stunning pearl & lace heels that are the most glamorous shoes I have ever seen.

Hair

I got my hair styled into this beautiful tossed curled updo.  I love how the soft curls were beautifully swept up to create a girly and romantic hairstyle that stayed out of my face while dancing.

Makeup

I did my own makeup for formal and I created this glowing peach makeup look to match the light elegance of my dress.

I hope you all enjoyed the photos & I'll see you in my next post.
